With the theme of Friendship Melodies praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, love for the homeland, diplomatic relations and solidarity between the people of Dong Nai in particular, Vietnam in general and people of other countries; the Festival aims to promote and continue the success of the previous "Friendship Melodies" Festival organized in Dong Nai province since 2020. This also creates a meaningful and healthy exchange activity, demonstrating the thinking and creativity of officers and members of 10 member friendship associations, thereby encouraging the spirit of experience exchange and enhancing mutual understanding between members of Associations.

This is also an opportunity for 10 friendship associations to exchange culture and art, learn and promote the culture and images of the homeland of Vietnam and Dong Nai to international and regional friends. The Festival aims to widely propagate and educate people of all walks of life about love for the homeland, national pride, and glorious revolutionary traditions of the Party and people in the process of protecting and building the homeland and country; strengthen the solidarity and friendship between the Vietnamese people and the people of countries around the world in the fight for peace, democracy, and progress of humanity; honor and promote revolutionary traditions, affirm the great achievements of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations through revolutionary periods, as well as celebrate the 3^rd Congress of Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations Dong Nai for the 2024 – 2029 term.

It is known that after more than two months of launching, the Organizing Board has received the registration of 30 performances of 10 member friendship associations under Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations, In the framework of the Festival, the friendship associations performed 10 art programs with many genres: dance, song and dance, group singing, solo singing, instrumental choir. Every art program consists of 03 performances (no overlap in performance genres) with a total time of no more than 20 minutes. The program must have a theme, the MC introduces the musical program of the Association.

According to the assessment of the Organizing Board and the Jury, this year, the associations showed investment and interest, elaborate preparation from costumes to display on stage. Many performances brought viewers excitement with creative and uniquely self-written content. Through the performances, the teams conveyed the unique cultural features of the countries through language, costumes, traditional melodies... many performances made a strong impression when expressing the lyrics and singing of many languages ​​as well as bilingual combination, boldly demonstrating the solidarity and friendship between the Vietnamese people and the people of other countries.

At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Board awarded 01 first prize for the most excellent program (worth 5,000,000 dongs), 02 second prizes (worth 4,000,000 dongs/ each prize), 03 third prizes (worth 3,000,000 dongs/ each prize), 02 prizes fourth prizes (2,500,000 dongs/ each prize), 02 consolation prizes (2,000,000 dongs/ each prize) and 10 excellent performance prizes. The announcement and award ceremony will be given by the Organizing Board at the upcoming event of Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations. The Organizing Board and Jury will select the two best performances to participate in the "Friendship Melodies" Festival among the Unions of Friendship Organizations in provinces and cities to be held in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province in mid-July of 2024.
