THE DONG NAI PROVINCE VIETNAM – RUSSIA FRIENDSHIP ASSOCIATION
1. Introduction:
The Dong Nai province Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association (DNVRFA) is a social organization, a member of the Dong Nai Union of
Friendship Organizations (DUFO) and the Central Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association. The DNVRFA operates in accordance with the Law of
Vietnam, under the leadership of the Dong Nai Province Party Committee and People’s Committee, the orientation of DUFO. The
Association has a legal entity, with its own stamp and bank account.
2. The
date of establishment:
The Dong Nai province
Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association was established under Decision No. 1250/ QĐ-UBND dated April 28, 2016, signed by Dong Nai People's Committee
and conducted the 1st Congress (term 2016 - 2021) on July 18, 2016.

The Dong Nai province
Vietnam – Russia
Friendship Association
operates with the aim of strengthening, consolidating and developing the
friendship, solidarity and understanding relationship between the People of the
two countries, Vietnam and the Russian Federation, and between the People and the Authority of
Dong Nai province with those of Korea’s localities. The
DNVRFA develops the friendship relations
with Vietnamese social – political organizations and enterprises in Russia for the
mutual benefits of
People of Vietnam - Korea.
