​On June 14, 2024, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision on approving the foreign non-governmental aid project which is the construction of the toilet block at Xuan Duong Primary School, Hamlet 2, Xuan Duong commune, Cam My district. This project is sponsored by Saigon Children's Charity CIO (SCC).

Accordingly, the aid owner of the project is the People's Committee of Cam My district with investment scale, including: for civil works, design life of the project is 30 years. The construction is implemented on land area of ​​120 m2 (New construction of 01 toilet block with 08 rooms, 1 floor, reinforced concrete frame, corrugated iron roof, ground floor area of 51m2; anti-slip ceramic tiled floor; walls made of unfired brick and ceramic tiles on the inside, 1.35m high; galvanized steel box purlins; plasterboard embossed frame ceiling; aluminum glass frame doors, attached sanitary equipment). In addition, new construction of 100 m2 playground is completed.

The total cost of project implementation is 450,000,000 VNĐ, including: Saigon Children's Charity CIO sponsors 364,000,000 VNĐ and district budget counterpart capital is 86,000,000 VNĐ. Project implementation time is valid since Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has approved to receive aid until December 31, 2024.

It is known that Xuan Duong Primary School, Hamlet 2, Xuan Duong Commune is one of the schools with difficult facilities in Cam My district. The school branch has 99 students, 5 classes. Currently, the school branch is using temporary toilets that are severely degraded. The new construction of the toilet block will create conditions for the school's students to feel more convenient, study more effectively, contributing to improving the quality of education in the locality in particular and for the direct beneficiaries of the project - Xuan Duong Primary School at Hamlet 2, Xuan Duong commune.
