​On the morning of November 9, 2024, in Bien Hoa city, the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association of Dong Nai province coordinated with Lac Hong University to organize the final round of the 2024 Japanese Speech Contest with the theme "Promoting the role of youth in strengthening the cooperative and friendship relations between Vietnam and Japan in Dong Nai province".

Attending the final round, there were Ms. Vy Vu Hong Thao - Vice President of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association, Meritorious Artist Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Principal of Lac Hong University and 10 excellent candidates who entered the final round of the 2024 Japanese Speech Contest.

Speaking at the final round, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Chairman of the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association of the province shared the 2024 Japanese Speech Contest, with the theme "Promoting the role of youth in strengthening cooperative and friendship relations between Vietnam and Japan in Dong Nai province", is a special and important event, creating opportunities for young people to demonstrate their talent, will and spirit of international cooperation. In the context of increasingly deep globalization, it is extremely necessary to tighten the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan. Youth, with their dynamism, creativity and enthusiasm, are the pioneering force in promoting this relationship. Through studying and using Japanese language, young people not only hone their language skills but also expand their understanding of Japanese culture, history and people.

After 01 competition session with 03 parts (Greeting part, Eloquent part and Reflection part) of the contestants, the Jury found the contestants with the most excellent achievements and announced the results of the first prize of the 2024 Japanese Speech Contest, which went to student Vu Thanh Hoa from Lac Hong University. The awards will be awarded by the Organizing Committee at the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Cultural Exchange Program.
