On
July 14, 2025, at Dieu Phap social care facility, the Union of Friendship
Organizations of the province and VNHELP Vietnam Health, Education and
Literature Projects Organization (VNHELP/ the United States) held a ceremony to
hand over the project "Construction of the drainage system and concrete yard
for the Dieu Phap social care facility".
Attending
the handover ceremony were Ms. Tran Thuy Tien - Vice Chairwoman of the Union of
Friendship Organizations of the province, Mr. Le Cao Dung - VNHELP Project
Development Director, and Mr. Nguyen Tan Tam - Director of the Dieu Phap social
care facility.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Cao Dung - VNHELP Project Development Director
stated that after the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee approved the
project, VNHELP coordinated with the Dieu Phap social care facility to
implement the project components, including the completion of the drainage
system and the entire new concrete yard covering an area of 2,065m2, with
funding from VNHELP amounting to 854,175,000 dong. Additionally, an extra
152,000,000 dong was incurred to renovate the drinking water supply system to
serve 80 people being cared for at the Dieu Phap social care facility.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Tam –
Director of the Dieu Phap social welfare facility expressed gratitude to the
sponsors and leaders of the provincial departments and sectors for their
concern and support in approving the Dieu Phap social care facility to receive
assistance from the VNHELP. This is the largest support the Dieu Phap social welfare
facility has received to date, and the project has significant practical and
humanitarian meaning, helping to improve the lives of the children.
