Construction of these 10 houses began on November 1, 2025. The total cost of over 836 million VND was funded by the The VUFO - NGO Resource Centre (NGORC), through the networking and mobilization efforts of DUFO. This is a meaningful activity within the program to mobilize foreign NGO aid to support social welfare for ethnic minorities and border areas.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thuy Tien – Vice President of DUFO, noted that besides the main sponsorship, local authorities and village unions actively raised additional resources. Combined with the labor and financial contributions from the families' relatives, the completed houses are solid and spacious, with a higher actual value than the initial support, helping the families settle down with peace of mind.
