On April 25, 2025, the Union of Friendship Organizations of
Dong Nai province (DUFO) received and worked with a delegation from the Asia Cultural
Exchange Foundation (ACEF) to visit, exchange information, and introduce
projects that will be implemented in Dong Nai province in the near future.
Attending the working session were Ms. Tran Thuy Tien – Vice President of the
Union of Friendship Organizations and members of the Foreign Non-Governmental
Affairs Division under DUFO. The ACEF delegation included Ms. Park Shin Yong –
Representative of ACEF in Vietnam, Director of ACE Vietnam Study Abroad
Consulting Company Limited, and Ms. Vo Song An – ACEF project officer.

proposed cooperation in the coming time
During the meeting, ACEF introduced an overview of its
planned activities in Dong Nai in the near future, while also seeking to
understand the priority needs for aid in the province. It is expected that in
2025, ACEF will collaborate with SAMIL Pharmaceutical Company Limited in
Vietnam to build three friendship houses for families facing housing
difficulties. At the same time, volunteer groups will be organized to assist
with house construction, school repairs, and cultural exchanges with local
residents. Additionally, ACEF will work with ACE Vietnam Study Abroad
Consulting Company Limited to organize opportunities for high school students
and university students in the province to study in South Korea, and will offer
scholarships to them during this event.

Through
the working session, ACEF hopes that the Union of Friendship Organizations of
the province, as well as departments, sectors, and schools in the province,
will create conditions for the organization to implement practical support
projects for the locality, contributing to improving the quality of education
and living conditions for local residents.
