On June 9, 2025, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a Decision on approval of a foreign non - governmental aid for the project "Construction of a drainage system and concrete yard for the Dieu Phap Social Welfare Facility," funded by the Viet Nam Health, Education and Literature Projects (VNHELP) from the United States.

It is known that the aid is managed by the Dieu Phap Social Welfare Facility in coordination with VNHELP to implement the construction of the drainage system and concrete yard, with a total project budget of 702,175,000 dongs. The project is set to be implemented since the People's Committee of Dong Nai province has approved the acceptance, with expected handover for use in 2025. The direct beneficiaries of the project are approximately 76 people being cared for at the Dieu Phap Social Welfare Facility, including 59 orphans and 17 elderly and disadvantaged women.

Objectives and key results of the project: To build a drainage system and concrete the yard and rooms, preventing flooding and creating the best conditions for the living conditions of orphans, the elderly, and disadvantaged women living at the Dieu Phap Social Welfare Facility.

The project is assigned by the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to the Dieu Phap Social Welfare Facility, which is responsible for receiving, implementing, and managing the aid according to Decree No. 80/2020/ND-CP dated July 8, 2020, of the Government on the management and use of non - refundable aid not related to official development assistance from foreign agencies, organizations, and individuals for Vietnam, and Decision No. 12/2023/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2023, of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province on the regulations for managing and using non - refundable aid not related to official development assistance from foreign agencies, organizations, and individuals for Vietnam in Dong Nai province.
