It is known that Thanh Phu Secondary School, formerly the Vinh Cuu Secondary School, currently has 2,782 students in 4 grades from 6 to 9 (including 64 classes) and operates two sessions a day, with 2 morning and 2 afternoon shifts. There are 4 computer rooms available for teaching computer science, with a total of 120 computers, 30 computers installed in per room. However, currently, 15 computers don’t work, 105 computers are still working but running on outdated operating systems, which are very difficult to make repairs and upgrades. This system is insufficient for teaching with televisions and computer science classes. Additionally, the school lacks changing rooms. If the school receives support to build more changing rooms for students, it will help them save time on changing clothes and personal hygiene, allowing them to return home early to prepare for afternoon classes.

Currently, the non - project aid "Support for computers, televisions, and the construction of changing rooms for students during the swimming lessons at Thanh Phu Secondary School, Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province" is being coordinated by Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations with the People's Committee of Vinh Cuu District to implement the reception procedures and is expected to be carried out in 2025.

* In recent years, Latter - day Saint Charities has accompanied Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations to implement many charitable programs and projects, including: providing wheelchairs and tricycles; building clean water stations; donating scholarships, bicycles, books, notebooks, medical examinations, and treatment, as well as equipment and training for eye care professionals in hospitals and health centers in the province.
