​The Year of the Snake 2025 coincides with the glorious 95th Founding Anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam - the vanguard leading and fighting alongside the entire nation to create miracles, marking the heroic pages of history throughout the length of our national history.

Looking back on the glorious pages of our nation, in the Spring of the Year of the Horse 1930, the sacred flow of the mountains and rivers, the spirit of our ancestors, the flag of patriotism, and the workers' movement in our country encountered a new breeze, nurturing and giving birth to our Party, the organization that leads the entire people, founded by the outstanding hero of the nation - Nguyen Ai Quoc. From then on, the new patriotic flag with the motto of national liberation linked to the liberation of people from all oppression, exploitation, and injustice; national independence closely tied to socialism was promoted. The Spring of the Year of the Horse 1930 was the dawn breaking through the darkness, ending nearly a century of patriotic movements that rose but all failed due to the lack of a flag of the era, opening up a bright future for the history of our country.

The 20th century, along with thousands of years of building and defending the nation, is the century of groundbreaking steps and legendary victories. It is the century under the banner of the Party, the century of the people rising up to break the chains of colonialism, transforming from the status of slaves to masters of the land of independence and freedom, shattering the invading army, and embarking on the construction of socialism on the S-shaped land. The milestones of the August Revolution in 1945, victory of Dien Bien Phu in 1954, and 21 years later with the great victory of Spring 1975 are consecutive monumental victories, recreating the "Đông A Spirit" of the nation with many challenges but full of glory and national pride.

Nowadays, the renewal process under the red flag with golden stars, which carries the blood of countless sons, heroes, soldiers, and compatriots, has the power to attract and connect the strength of the great national unity, striving for the goals of renewal, democracy, and civilization. The history of the country flows in accordance with the revolutionary program of the Party since its inception, continuing the revolutionary tradition with creative application in the specific circumstances of the nation, skillfully and wisely applying Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology. That is the revolutionary spirit, the spirit of the working class, fully aware of its historical mission, absolutely loyal to the destiny of the Fatherland, alongside the common interests of the people. Our Party steadfastly follows the chosen path, the entire nation believe and achieve many miracles; the vessel of the Fatherland boldly navigates through rapids, achieving many new accomplishments in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The essence of political thought imbued with the spirit of independence and humanism of our ancestors, along with the beautiful traditions of the nation, serves as a source of heritage in the goals, directions, and methods of the Party; leading the country into a new era - the era of international economic integration, diversification, and multilateralism, while maintaining peace, independence, and autonomy. This is a creative approach based on the foundation of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology, combined with the resilience of a thousand years of nation-building and defense from many generations of ancestors. The Communist Party of Vietnam deserves to be the vanguard of the nation in the new era - the one that has led, organized, and encouraged the entire people to seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and build civilization for the country to integrate and develop. The vitality and strength of the Communist Party of Vietnam lie in its sound policies, the embodiment of communist qualities, and its deep bond with the people. The people trust and love the Party through the historical verification of achievements in the revolution and socio-economic development, which are clearly reflected in social life, under every roof; the listening and empathy towards the people have contributed to success and brought peace to the people.
