On the morning of March
14, 2025, at Tan Hanh Primary School, the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong
Nai province coordinated with the Division of Education and Training under Bien
Hoa City People’s Committee and the Red Circle Company Limited (referred to in
the singular as “Circle K Vietnam”) and the Hong Kong Business Association
in Vietnam and the Rotary Club to donate 08 school water purifier machines, 480
books for the libraries, and 100 gift packages for underprivileged students at
Tan Hanh Primary School, Tran Van On Primary School, and Tan Hanh Secondary
School in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province, valued at 280 million VNĐ.
Attending the “Magic of Water”
ceremony for water purifier machines donation were Ms. Tran Thuy Tien,
Vice President of the Union of Friendship Organizations of the province, Mrs.
Luu Thi Hang – Head of the Division of Education and Training under Bien Hoa
City People’s Committee; representatives of the leadership of the three
beneficiary schools; and sponsors including Mr. Dallas Cheung - General
Director of Circle K Vietnam, Mr. Gover Nigel Lo – President of Rotary
International District 3450, Mrs. Stella So - President of the Charity
Association of the Hong Kong Business Association in Vietnam, along with all
the teachers and students of the schools.

Tan Hanh Primary School,
Tran Van On Primary School, and Tan Hanh Secondary School are three schools
located in the outskirts of Bien Hoa City, which were proposed by the
Department of Education and Training of Bien Hoa City to receive support for
school drinking water filtration systems for students, as the schools are
currently unable to equip them, and students have to bring water from home.
Speaking at the ceremony,
Ms. Lưu Thị Hằng – Deputy Head of the Division of Education and Training of
Biên Hoà City expressed her deep gratitude to the sponsors who have supported
the daily drinking water purifier machine for students. This is a practical
gift, of great significance to the teachers and students of the schools,
supporting more than 3000 students with clean drinking water, ensuring health
in a green, clean, and beautiful school environment.
Ms. Ngô Thị Phương Thảo – Director of External Relations of Red Circle Company Limited stated:
“In addition to 08 school water purifier machines, the sponsors have donated
100 gift packages for underprivileged students and 480 books on educational
topics suitable for their age to the libraries of 3 schools. With this
donation, we hope not only to provide students with clean water for daily
consumption, thereby improving health and encouraging a spirit of learning, but
also to help them access abundant knowledge sources, enhance their
understanding, skills, and confidence so they can soar high and far in the
future.”

the sponsorship banners of the water purifier machines to 03 schools.
Ms. Trần Thủy Tiên, Vice President of the Union of Friendship Organizations of
the province sent her sincerest thanks to the leaders and staff of Red Circle Company Limited, the Hong
Kong Business Association, and the Rotary Club for accompanying and implementing
community activities in Đồng Nai province. It is hoped that in the future, the
sponsors will continue to closely cooperate with the Union of Friendship
Organizations of the province to implement many humanitarian projects, based on
solidarity and friendship for mutual development.

message of water conservation, love, sharing, and social responsibility to the
young generation.
