​On the morning of February 12, 2025, at the Conference Hall of the Department of Education and Training, Emulation Block 11 under the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province (Block 11), led by the Provincial Education Promotion Association (Head of Block 11 in 2024); the Provincial Red Cross Association (Deputy Head of Block 11 in 2024) along with 12 member units, including: the Provincial Lawyers' Association, the Provincial Bar Association, the Provincial Elderly Association, the Provincial Journalists' Association, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Provincial Blind Association, the Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange, the Provincial Youth Volunteer Association, the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Fallen Soldiers, and the Provincial Charity Association organized a conference to summarize the implementation of the emulation agreement for the year 2024; launch and sign the emulation agreement for the year 2025.

Overview of the conference

Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Minh Phuoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the Provincial Emulation - Reward Council; Leaders of member units of Block 11 along with officials and specialists in charge of emulation and reward work of the units.

Mr. Phạm Minh Phước - Deputy Head of the Provincial Council for Emulation and Reward, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, spoke at the conference.

The conference approved the summary report of the patriotic emulation movement for the year 2024 and the direction and tasks for 2025 of Emulation Block 11; announced the emulation scores of each unit for the year 2024. Based on the assessment of the level of task performance and achievements in responding to and participating in the emulation movements initiated by various levels, Emulation Block 11 unanimously proposed awarding the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 13 member units that have excelled in their tasks. The Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong Nai Province, with an emulation score exceeding 1,000 points, was nominated for the Emulation Flag from the Provincial People's Committee and the Government's Emulation Flag for the year 2024.

Emulation Block 11 signed the emulation agreement for 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Council for Emulation and Reward, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Phạm Minh Phước, highly appreciated the efforts and recognized the achievements of the members of Emulation Block 11. Currently, Emulation Block 11 consists of many units with diverse fields of operation, having a significant impact on the socio - economic development of the province. Among them, some units did not receive funding but have overcome difficulties to complete their tasks. The Provincial Council for Emulation and Reward hopes that Emulation Block 11 will maintain its tradition, compete in the spirit of solidarity and cohesion; continue to promote achievements, build plans, and effectively launch emulation movements in the upcoming period.
