Children's Chairity CIO (SCC) to prepare the implementation plan for the Child
Development Scholarship Programme in Dong Nai province for the 2024 – 2028 period.

At the working session, there were Ms. Le Thi My Phuong - Chairwoman of
Dong Nai province Association for Promoting Education, Mr. Luong Thanh Tung -
Head of the Foreign Non - Governmental Affairs Division, Dong Nai province
Union of Friendship Organizations, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duy Huong - Head
Of Programmes, Saigonchildren in Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Sinh Quang Anh – Manager of SCC’s Child
Development Scholarship Programme.

Of Programmes, introduced an overview of Saigon Children's
Chairity CIO - a foreign non-governmental organization with British nationality, which is granted

22, 2028 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
SCC operates in the fields of education,
vocational training, poverty reduction and development community. Recently, SCC
has implemented many project programs in Dong Nai and achieved many positive
results with the interest and support of local leaders and hopes to continue
receiving attention of partners in the coming time.

province Association for Promoting Education, Ms. Le Thi My Phuong expressed
her thanks to Saigon Children's Chairity CIO for their attention and
scholarships for students with difficult family circumstances residing in Dong
Nai province. This aid contributes to tuition fees sothat they can study with
peace of mind; Children are equipped with basic life skills such as
communication skills, safe use of the internet, skills to protect themselves
safely online and in real life, and effective learning skills.
At the discussion, the
two sides agreed to adjust the content of the cooperation agreement closer to
the project document approved by Dong Nai province People's Committee. They
also agreed that the number of beneficiaries from SCC aid is 366 students; SCC
periodically reports on disbursement of funds every six months to Dong Nai
province Association for Promoting Education and has a detailed plan for each
year's activities during project implementation.
