List of foreign non - governmental organizations which is issued the Operation Registration Certificate in Dong Nai in the second quarter of 2024
 

On July 4, 2024, the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Affairs announced the list of foreign non-governmental organizations which is approved the application for issuance, extension, amendment, supplement or re-issuance of the Operation Registration Certificate in Dong Nai in the second quarter of 2024, specifically as follows:

1. Family Health International (FHI 360) - a foreign non-governmental organization with US nationality, is extended for the second time and supplemented its Representative Office Registration Certificate No. 19/CNV-VPĐD dated April 9, 2024, valid until April 15, 2028 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Family Health International operates in the fields medical support, clinical trial research, prevention, care and treatment of HIV and drug addiction, in 40 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nam, Vietnamese nationality as the Chief Representative of the organization. Its representative office in Vietnam is located at 17th Floor, Capital Tower, 109 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

2. Vietnam Health, Education and Literature Projects (VNHELP) - a foreign non-governmental organization with US nationality, is extended for the third time, supplemented and amended its Operation Registration Certificate No. 285/CNV-HĐ dated April 8, 2024, valid until December 19, 2026 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Vietnam Health, Education and Literature Projects operates in the field of educational and medical assistance (not including adoption issues); supporting farmers to develop household economies in 12 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Ms. Do Anh Thu, Vietnamese nationality. Its headquarter in the United States is located at 500 E. Calaveras Boulevard, Suite 235, Milpitas, CA, 95035, USA.

3. Oxfam Novib Stichting (OXFAM NOVIB) - a Dutch foundation and the Dutch affiliate of the international Oxfam organization is extended for the second time and supplemented and amended its Representative Office Registration Certificate in Vietnam No. 30/CNV-VPĐD dated May 2, 2024, valid until October 18, 2026 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Its operates in the field of agricultural and rural development; gender mainstreaming and gender equality; supporting business development; protecting resources and the environment; climate change; raising awareness about renewable energy and economical and efficient use of energy; social work, in 28 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Ms. Vu Thi Quynh Hoa, nationality as the Chief Representative of the organization. Its Representative Office is located at No. 22, Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

4. International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) - a foreign non - governmental organization with Kenyan nationality, is converted from a Project Office Registration Certificate to a Representative Office Registration Certificate No. 55/CNV-VPĐD on May 2, 2024, valid until January 8, 2027 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. International Livestock Research Institute operates in the field of agricultural livestock research for development, in 16 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Mr.Dr. Fred Unger, German nationality, as the Head of the Representative Office in Vietnam. Its Representative Office is located at Room 301-302, building B1, Van Phuc Diplomatic Area, 298 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
