On March 29, 2024, the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Affairs announced the list of foreign non-governmental organizations which is approved the application for issuance, extension, amendment, supplement or re-issuance of the Operation Registration Certificate in Dong Nai in the first quarter of 2024, specifically as follows:

1. Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST) - a foreign non-governmental organization with Philippine nationality, is reissued and supplemented with its Operation Registration Certificate No. 554/CNV-HĐ dated March 18, 2024, valid until January 23, 2026 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ASSIST operates in the fields of support of health, vocational training and environmental protection, in 20 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Mr. Arumugaraj Davitdurai Pandian, Indian nationality. Its head office in Vietnam is located at No. 02 Hoa Phuong, Ward 02, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City).

2. Deutscher Genossenschafts - Und Raiffeisenverband e.V. (DGRV) - a foreign non-governmental organization with German nationality, is supplemented and amended with its Operation Registration Certificate No. 348/CNV-HĐ dated January 17, 2024, valid until May 9, 2025 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. DGRV operates in the fields of support of building the operational capacity of Cooperatives, in 07 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh. Its transaction headquarters in Vietnam is located at Room 042-B, 14 Thuy Khue, Tay Ho, Hanoi.

3. Cooperation and Participation in Overseas NGOs (COPION) - a foreign government organization with Korean nationality, is extended, supplemented and amended with its Operation Registration Certificate No. 391/CNV-HĐ dated July 6, 2023, valid until April 20, 2026 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. COPION operates in the fields of support of cultural exchanges, building educational infrastructure, free medical examination and treatment, public infrastructure upgrades, Korean language training, vocational training and psychological consultancy, in 05 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Mr. Kim Jae Chul, Korean nationality. Its transaction headquarters in Vietnam is located at BTI Vimeco II, Nguyen Chanh, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.

4. Vietnam Assistance for the Handicapped Organization (VNAH) - a foreign non-governmental organization with the United States nationality, is extended with its Operation Registration Certificate No. 25/ CNV-VPĐD dated October 30, 2023, valid until July 8, 2025 by the Department of Foreign Affairs under Ministry of Foreign Affairs. COPION operates in the fields of support of people with disabilities, research and propaganda on laws, education, health, community development, in 05 provinces/cities, including Dong Nai province. In Vietnam, it is represented by Mr. Tran Van Ca, a US Vietnamese. Its contact headquarters in Vietnam is located at 101A Nguyen Khuyen, Dong Da, Hanoi.

5. Danish Deaf Association (DDL) a foreign non-governmental organization with Denmark nationality, is extended, amended and supplemented with its Operation Registration Certificate and ended its operations in Da Nang, Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City.
