​On January 12, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued an Approval Decision on the foreign non-governmental aid which is the project "Building 02 Friendship Houses for ethnic minorities in Xuan Hung commune, Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province" sponsored by the Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Dong Nai province.

It is known that the project of building friendship houses for people in difficult circumstances is implemented annually by the Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Dong Nai province with the support and connection  implemented by Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations as a focal agency in foreign non-governmental affairs. The project “Building 02 Friendship houses” will be deployed for two ethnic minority households with difficult circumstances in Xuan Hung commune, Xuan Loc district. Each house is worth about 75,000,000 dongs, expected to be constructed and handed over to people in the first quarter of 2024.
