On the morning of August
19, in Long Thanh district, the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association of the
province organized the 4th "Vietnam - Laos Friendship Singing"
Festival in 2023.

Thanh Tri - President of the Dong Nai province Union of Friendship
Organizations, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh – Member of the District Standing Party
Committee, Vice Chairman of Long Thanh District People's Committee and more
than 300 delegates representing over 2 thousand members of the Vietnam – Lao
Friendship Association of Dong Nai province and Long Thanh district youth union
members, Lao students studying in Dong Nai.

the festival, delegates enjoyed unique performances, elaborately choreographed,
with many themes about the culture, country, and people of Vietnam and Laos displayed
by 31 cultural performances of artists from 15 teams, including performances
from Lao students and Long Thanh District Youth Union...

This is a cultural diplomacy event, a useful
playground, encouraging the spirit of exchange and learning, enhancing mutual
understandings between branches and inter-branches in the province; a bridge
for youth union members of Long Thanh district to interact with Lao students
studying in Dong Nai.
According to the Organizing Committee, the 3 best
performances will be selected to participate in the 4th Friendship Melodies
Festival organized by the Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations
in the fourth quarter of 2023. This event also aims to celebrate the 10th Anniversary
of the establishment of the Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations
(2013 - 2023).
