​       On the morning of July 12, 2023, the Dong Nai province Vietnam - United States Friendship Association held an Executive Committee Meeting to evaluate the results of operations in the first 6 months and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Vietnam - United States Friendship Association of Dong Nai province (the Association) focused on implementing activities according to the Association's annual work program. The Association coordinated with the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City to successfully organize an Exchange Program on study opportunities in the United States for more than 200 members of the Association who are pupils and students studying in Dong Nai.

At this meeting, comrades in the Association's Executive Committee discussed and agreed on the operational plan for the last 6 months of 2023. Specifically, the Association's Executive Committee has completed the plan to organize the Vietnam - United States Cultural Exchange Program on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam - United States strategic partnership (expected to take place in the third quarter of 2023) and discussed and agreed on personnel work and draft documents and preparations for the second term congress of 2023-2028 taking place in the fourth quarter of 2023.
