The Contest was organized by Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations in coordination with Dong Nai province Youth Union and Dong Nai province Labor Confederation. Candidates have the right to choose one of two forms to participate in the Contest: do the test online on their own electronic devices at the address: https://timhieucongtacdoingoainhandan.dongnai.gov.vn/ or directly enter the address “https://dufo.dongnai.gov.vn/Pages/ home.aspx”, then click on the box “Cuộc thi tìm hiểu về công tác đối ngoại nhân dân”, register information, do the test and submit the answers.

As for the writing test, candidates type in A4 size, Times New Roman font, font size 14; then bind the papers into a book with hardcover and send to the Organizing Committee of the Contest on study and understandings about people to people diplomacy in Dong Nai province in 2023: the Dong Nai Province Union of Friendship Organizations, No. 233, Ha Huy Giap, Quyet Thang Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Tel, No,: (02513).843.909.

According to Chairman of Dong Nai province Union of Friendship Organizations Nguyen Thanh Tri, the Contest will help cadres, civil servants, public employees, Youth Union’s members, Friendship Union’s members and people of all walks of life have the opportunity to clearly understand the roles, the position and importance of people-to-people diplomacy in modern, comprehensive diplomacy. After that, they can apply, associate with responsibility, propose solutions for agencies, departments and sectors and each individual related to people – to – people diplomacy, contributing to building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
