Overseas Vietnamese had a field visit at the Management Board of Long Thanh International Airport Project

In order to introduce more clearly the potential and strengths of Dong Nai province, the Organizing Committee of the “Friendship Meeting with Overseas Vietnamese” introduced the Overseas Vietnamese to visit the production and processing facilities of agricultural and industrial products in the provincial industrial zones in Bien Hoa city. In addition, they were shared by the representatives of Industrial Zones Authority an overview of the industrial zones of the province, and at the same time, exchanged and informed about the investment needs in the province. Especially, they had a field visit at the Management Board of Long Thanh International Airport Project and the exhibition area of ​​typical OCOP product booths of the province.

Speaking at the Meeting, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh emphasized that "Dong Nai will support the overseas Vietnamese community when living and working in host countries as well as encourage and facilitate for our compatriots abroad to participate in the province's economic - cultural - educational development activities".

At the meeting, many Overseas Vietnamese also shared and recommended many specific and practical contents to participate in the socio-economic development of the province, such as: Mr. Dinh Vinh Cuong - Chairman of VIENC, Vietnamese in Japan exchanged about VIENC's connection mission and desire to share business cooperation opportunities, support for mutual development with Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association as well as proposed contents to develop activities of province's young entrepreneurs through cooperation programs for trade and investment promotion and connection with partners from other countries. Mr. Tran Dinh Long - Head of Southern Representative Office, Vietnam - ASEAN Economic Cooperation Development Association (VASEAN) also proposed activities to connect and exchange people with organizations and businesses from other countries in ASEAN+3. Thereby, in the coming time, he looks forward to implementing more specific activities with the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong Nai province and the provincial Friendship Associations.
