At the Festival, there were representatives of leaders of departments, agencies, sectors and mass organizations of the province; leaders of agencies and organizations with Friendship Association Branches and more than 200 artists from 10 Friendship Associations of the province.

The Jury of the Festival

The annual Friendship Melodies Festival in Dong Nai province is a cultural and art exchange activity for amateur artists who are members of Friendship Associations of the province – members of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations. The Festival aims to honor and spread the values ​​of peace and friendship, introduce to international friends about the culture, country and people of Vietnam, as well as promote the culture of other countries to the people; at the same time, create a common playground for Friendship Associations, strengthen cultural diplomacy activities, contribute to enhancing understanding and strengthening the solidarity and friendship among the people of Vietnam in general, those of Dong Nai province in particular  and international friends.

Contest entry of the Provincial Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri - Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Festival, this year's Festival has been widely deployed to the Friendship Associations of the province since the beginning of the year to celebrate the 72nd Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and respond to the Provincial People's Committee's Plan of Cultural Diplomacy Strategy in Dong Nai Province to 2030. In particular, following the success of the previous Festivals, this year's Festival will choose outstanding and unique repertoires to officially perform and exchange at a larger playground with the Unions of Friendship Organizations of the provinces and cities in the Southeast and neighbouring regions (in the Emulation Cluster No. 4 of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations), hosted by the Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations on the 11th  and 12th of November, 2022.

Contest entry of the Provincial Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association

At this year's Festival, there are 30 art teams from 10 Friendship Associations of the province between Vietnam and Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Russia, France, the United States, China and ASEAN.

Through the performances, the teams have conveyed the typical cultural features of the countries through languages, costumes, traditional melodies, etc. Many of the performances have made strong impression with the lyrics and singing in multiple languages combination, boldly expressing the solidarity and friendship among the people of Vietnam and those of other countries.
