​On the morning of January 16, the Vietnam - China Friendship Association of the province coordinated with the People's Committee of Thanh Binh commune, Trang Bom district to organize a ceremony to present 100 gifts to the Hoa ethnic people living in Thanh Binh commune.

According to Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam - China Friendship Association, 100 gifts worth of more than 50 million VND were mobilized by the Association and sponsored by the Chinese Community of Bien Hoa city, including many members of the provincial Vietnam – China Friendship Association.

Despite the few amount of gifts, it has shown the interest and sharing of the Association, contributing together with the government and mass organizations to take care of the material and spiritual lives of disadvantaged households to enjoy Spring and celebrate the nation's traditional New Year.

It is known that the Vietnam - China Friendship Association of the province was established in 2018. In recent years, in addition to people – to - people diplomacy, the Association has many activities for the community. Especially when the 4th Covid-19 pandemic broke out, the Association mobilized and supported more than 100 million VND for the Vaccine Fund, nearly 100 tons of rice for people in blocked and isolated areas; Every year, on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year, the Association organizes to visit and encourage members and disadvantaged families in the province.
